Paypal is only accepted in our site.It secure and fast cash.
How do you see my billing address?
Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card. When you enter this information during the purchasing process, it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on my credit card. If the information is incorrect, your card may be refused
 
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. please
contact us sales@xacase.com as quick as you can.we will refund to you if you want to cancel your order. 
Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.

We offer free shipping for all orders at present.
 
Who will deliver my order?
Items will be shipped by registered airmail, EMS, DHL and so on ... We can use other carriers if necessary.
 
How long will it take for my item to reach me?
Please note that working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, are calculated in terms of the delivery period. In general, it takes about 5-20 working days for delivery.You may refer to our Shipping page.
 
How do I track my shipment?
We would like to send an email with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery on the carrier's web site.
 
What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
Please allow up to 10 days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach by clicking the Contacts button on the site. We will respond as soon as possible.
 
How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It may be different from your billing address of the credit card. You can specify any ship to address.
